JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Account Manager, Premium Services is to oversee the ideation, implementation, and activation of assigned premium spaces strengthening relationships in the process by providing excellent customer service to account holders. The goal shall be to provide value and unique experiences for each account while also supporting team profitability and marketing goals. Working closely with all members of the premium sales and service team, this position will also play an active execution role in various initiatives to further new business development and renewal efforts of the entire partnership sales and premium seating teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years ticket sales or service experience within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work all Denver Broncos games, stadium events, nights and weekends, plus other initiatives, and events as designated

  • Proficient utilizing ticketing software, Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management systems
