About The Position

At Prenuvo , we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. We are looking for an Account Manager, Physician Relations based in the Greater Minneapolis, MN area to join our national Physician & Provider Sales team . In this role, you will serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager for our most important partners, ensuring their long-term success. You will lead outreach efforts across the Minneapolis, Minnesota market and be responsible for developing your own book of business through the creation and growth of a physician referral network. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a high level of energy
  • Business acumen and proficiency with technology
  • Ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers
  • Identify and establish new physician partnerships
  • Expand physician networks and drive patient referrals
  • Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance sales and partnership efforts
  • Develop and implement effective account growth strategies
  • Lead meetings with physicians to ensure strong collaboration and satisfaction
  • Adhere to sales and pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards
  • Track and analyze sales activities to optimize performance and productivity
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
