This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote after training is completed. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients by preparing correspondence, processing renewals, and managing policy changes.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, including signed applications and coverage confirmations.
• Maintaining organized records and adhering to company procedures to achieve positive audit results.
• Engaging in continuous learning to enhance your insurance knowledge and technical skills.
