Personal Lines Account Manager

Requirements
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred; active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of personal lines insurance business, including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and re-marketing of policies
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, issuing insurance documentation, and supporting claims initiation and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with agency/carrier procedures while building strong, long-term client relationships
