About The Position

King Risk is a top 100 ranked U.S. insurance broker looking for Candidates must have an active P&C license. This is position requires being onsite at the Essex, CT location, but open to moving to hybrid after 6 months. Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM King Risk Partners, LLC is growing and seeking an exceptional individual with proven discipline, drive to advance and commitment to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on the most complex accounts. Requirements

Active property and casualty license.
2 – 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
Experience Cross-selling and Upselling.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Insurance sales experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of Insurance business.
Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
Collect and analyze client information.
Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
Achieves established sales goals.
Provides marketing expertise.
Provides networking opportunities.
All other duties as assigned.
