About The Position

Since 2012, our client has been developing a scalable SaaS platform and a range of digital products, establishing itself as a reliable market partner. The company focuses on continuous technological development, architectural sustainability, and high team autonomy. It specializes in creating innovative turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators, integrating top gaming products, and supporting clients throughout the licensing process in the iGaming industry. Its deep expertise has enabled successful project launches across multiple international markets. The team consists of 400+ professionals working in a distributed format across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to support merchant onboarding and operational processes within the payments direction.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in client support / account management
  • Basic understanding of payment infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident Excel / Google Sheets user
  • Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence
  • Russian - native, English - B2+

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech / payments / iGaming
  • Experience in onboarding processes
  • Ability to work in structured environments

Responsibilities

  • Support merchant onboarding and activation
  • Collect and transfer required data to providers
  • Coordinate communication during integration
  • Monitor contract signing and connection statuses
  • Process incoming client requests
  • Track ticket statuses and follow-ups
  • Update documentation and internal systems
  • Assist in preparing expansion proposals
  • Escalate complex cases to Account Manager
