As Account Manager , you will: Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees. Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings. Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues. Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports. Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals. Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client. Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours). Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client. This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team.
