The Role: TIME is seeking an Account Manager, Paid Social to lead the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigor and thrives in a client-facing environment with a strong revenue-driven mindset. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage campaigns from start to finish, leveraging data, creativity, and storytelling to drive measurable results and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Tools: Proficient with social posting, tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Dash Social, or similar).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Storytelling Ability: Skilled at crafting integrated narratives across channels
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social listening or competitive benchmarking tools.
  • Understanding of influencer or content marketing strategies.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging ad formats and new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
  • Strategy & Storytelling: Develop holistic social strategies that align with client goals, combining performance data with creative storytelling.
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and translate metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all internal teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Social Innovation: Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices in paid social media.
