About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Outside Sales - Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, re-engaging inactive accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across major markets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, with 2+ years of experience preferred (B2B experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing, inactive, and prospective clients on a regular schedule to generate sales of company products and services
  • Sell strategically into key markets, identifying opportunities to expand market share
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales goals as set by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, and product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management
