The selected candidate will be tasked with the following organizational accountabilities:

Requirements

• Have earned a minimum of a Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Customer Service
• Basic computer skills - worked with Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - work with our builders, superintendents and possibly customers. Mostly over the phone or by email.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the different builders and blue prints of houses being built
• Ensure the correct product and services are delivered
• Able to enter as least 8 orders per day to ensure we are sending product in a timely manner
• Able to work in a team environment
• Have a positive attitude while at work
