About The Position

BDNet Corporate Networking, a leading IT Managed Services Provider based in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in account management or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling BDNet's services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Support senior account managers in larger client engagements and projects.
  • Quoting and procurement of hardware, software, and licensing
