The Account Manager, Media Sales drives revenue growth by managing and expanding client accounts while leading strategic media planning and technical campaign execution across omnichannel platforms. This role serves as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into data-driven media strategies that deliver measurable performance outcomes. The Account Manager combines consultative selling, analytics, and hands-on campaign management to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and impactful performance reporting. Success is measured by client retention and growth, campaign effectiveness, and overall revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years Advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Advertising Sales Experience with advertising sales and media account management. (Required)
  • Digital Strategy Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. (Required)
  • Direct Sales Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. (Required)
  • Competitive Analysis Effective organizational, analytical and influencing skills. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience working with Ads Products (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present data-driven media strategies, including audience targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution with operations team, including trafficking coordination, measurement setup and pacing.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and deliver proactive optimization recommendations.
  • Lead performance reporting, including recurring updates and comprehensive wrap reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.
  • Translate campaign results into strategic recommendations to inform future planning and drive upsell opportunities.
