Supports the Company in the fundamental role of achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The nature of this role is to have an outstanding ability to communicate with customers effectively and confidently. Must have an aptitude to sell product and promote services, maximizing all opportunities while maintaining gross profit goals. This is not a supervisory role, however, a certain level of coaching skills are required to effectively communicate with supporting customer service staff. The individual will spend all of their time in a busy office environment, using standard office equipment. They will need to talk/listen, stand, sit, read written instructions/reports, and type often. They occasionally may need to climb stairs, crouch, kneel, and balance. Mental demands include the ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, think critically, and meet deadlines.
