About The Position

EFC International is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for strategic account management and building long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or a B2B client-facing role
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Develop account strategies to drive revenue, retention, and account growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, marketing, and customer support
  • Track account performance and provide actionable insights
  • Manage account activity using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
