About The Position

Account Manager – Inside Sales Concord Technologies is currently seeking an Account Manager for its growing team in Seattle, Washington . Requirements

  • College Graduate, or equivalent experience
  • At least one year in a sales or customer success role
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to extract compelling insights and trends from data and systems by asking strategic questions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts.
  • Proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets.
  • Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives.
