About The Position

Manage overall sales service/support processes for the renewal of existing business. Responsible for reviewing accounts, selling new business to grow existing accounts, account set-up, and case installation.

Requirements

  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • Bachelor's
  • 2 years recent relevant experience
  • Life & Health Insurance License highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of national healthcare issues.
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging issues affecting specified populations.
  • Effective negotiation, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers and subject matter experts.
  • Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals.
  • Must be a flexible, creative individual who is open to change.
  • Capacity to perform under deadline pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
