An Account Manager II is a professional responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers on behalf of the company. Their main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, promote retention, and maximize sales opportunities. Some responsibilities are to manage contact with customers ensuring resolution of issues, supporting product delivery, and coordinating product orders.
