About The Position

Account Manager – Service & Preventative Maintenance Kennesaw, Georgia | Legacy Mechanical Legacy Mechanical, a Crete United Company offers the backing of a national platform with local agility. We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow service and preventative maintenance revenues in the Kennesaw / Atlanta region. As an Account Manager at Legacy, you’ll own existing client relationships and hunt new ones in commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal sectors. You’ll sell service agreements, maintenance programs, and value‑added mechanical/HVAC solutions. You’ll be the trusted advisor to facility and property managers, ensuring clients get maximum uptime, predictable costs, and optimal performance from their systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or sales within HVAC, mechanical, MEP, or facility services
  • Proven ability to sell service contracts and maintenance programs
  • A consultative sales style — able to diagnose problems, articulate ROI, and build long-term trust
  • Technical fluency—comfortable discussing mechanical, HVAC, piping, controls, etc.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of service & maintenance accounts; grow revenue year over year
  • Prospect and close new preventative maintenance / HVAC / mechanical service agreements
  • Conduct site visits, system assessments, and present proposals to decision makers
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to deliver on your promises
  • Monitor account performance, margins, churn, and renewal metrics
  • Use CRM / sales tools to track pipeline and forecast
  • Represent Legacy Mechanical and Crete United professionally with clients
