Facilities Operations is responsible for construction, operations and maintenance of all facilities on main campus and off campus satellite facilities. This position maintains and develops the preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is being serviced on scheduled intervals to ensure normal lift cycle of equipment in the most efficient way. Project tracking and reconciling for renovation and new construction projects. Maintains organized online filing for all projects. Working hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional overtime as needed. -Processes, tracking and reconciling of all project costs associated with renovations/new buildings. Works with Sponsored Programs on grant related projects to ensure proper documentation required is being provided in a timely manner to meet associated deadlines. -Create, modify and schedule preventative maintenance for all existing and new equipment with our IDN CMMS software to include roofing systems to ensure that they remain safe, reliable and well maintenance to ensure life cycle is maximized. -Oversees the proper process and procedures for modifying existing, adding or removing equipment systems, completing and closing of projects/service requests. Includes training of internal staff as needed to ensure timeliness of ensuring assets are removed/added. -Oversees bi-weekly projects meeting as well as monthly safety committee meeting and provides updates accordingly. -Emergency preparedness and follow-up as needed. -Other duties as assigned.
