Role Summary The Client Services Specialist supports internal and external clients by delivering timely, high-quality service and resolving account-related inquiries. This role plays a key part in client retention and business growth by serving as a trusted point of contact and internal expert. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of benefits products and build strong relationships across the organization.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Insurance, HSA, or TPA environment

Responsibilities

  • Support inbound client calls and manage a shared mailbox to resolve account holder inquiries.
  • Resolve routine, sensitive, and urgent issues by serving as an internal expert and client advocate.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and regulations and communicate clearly to clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Organize workflow to meet service level expectations and maintain a no-backlog standard.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the client management system.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product or service areas.
