About The Position

Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence in third-party administrator (TPA) relationships? As the TPA Governance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Safety National’s claims oversight, serving as the central point of contact for TPA governance and performance management. You’ll take the lead in managing TPA contracts, compliance, and audits, ensuring they meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll partner across departments to monitor performance dashboards, resolve escalated issues, and enhance data integrity. You’ll lead structured onboarding and offboarding efforts, conduct strategic performance reviews, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. With your strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities, you’ll play a vital role in upholding the service and integrity standards our clients expect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in TPA governance, vendor oversight, claims operations, or risk/compliance management
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, contract management, and claims auditing
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO.
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and technology assets against unauthorized disclosure, destruction and/or alteration, in accordance with Safety National policies, standards, and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Workers’ compensation claims adjusting experience with an insurance carrier or third-party administrator
  • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU, PMP) are a plus
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI

  • Demonstrated ability to lead performance reviews and support continuous process improvement
