About The Position
TK Health Clinics is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Health Services Administrator (HSA) at Saline County Jail. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily medical operations, manage nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the primary liaison between facility leadership and TK Health’s regional team. This position offers the opportunity to lead clinical operations in a structured, secure correctional healthcare environment while practicing at the top of your license. Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Kansas or multi-state RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all nursing services and health services administration
- Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Monitor quality assurance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with custody leadership to support safe, efficient patient care
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for facility and regional leadership
