Finch is looking for a programmatic, data-driven Account Manager to own and grow our SMB customer base. This role is designed for someone who thrives in scale: identifying trends across many accounts, turning insights into repeatable playbooks, and using technology and automation to drive incremental improvements in retention and expansion. You will partner closely with our Growth-focused Developer Success Engineering team, as well as Product, Finance, and Operations, to test approaches, refine renewal and expansion motions, and operationalize what works across the broader customer base. This individual will serve as the primary owner of expansion, customer renewals, and contract discussions, balancing strong customer advocacy with a clear focus on revenue growth, retention, and long-term value.
