Position Overview The Account Manager, Employee Benefits plays a critical role in managing and servicing group employee benefits accounts for businesses. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and coordinating all aspects of plan administration. In addition, the Account Manager, Employee Benefits contributes to client retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and policy reviews and assists in growing the book of business through service and working with internal sales team to effectively provide solutions to meet and exceed client needs.
