Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in account management or enterprise sales, ideally with content management, customer experience, commerce, or digital asset management technologies.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of digital marketing concepts and evolving digital landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated commercial accounts, building strong relationships across all levels.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless client support and delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Monitor client health and address issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform solution enhancements.
