About The Position

You will lead in all sales planning and execution of Harman Lifestyle brands and categories at Costco and the Club Channel with potential additional customer responsibility. You will have direct responsibility for developing and managing the business relationship between Harman and its retailers. Responsibilities also include forecasting and managing the assigned sales budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years sales, training, or sales manager experience, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize
  • Be willing to travel up to 60%, domestic travel
  • Be willing to work in a home office (preferably in Seattle area or within regional proximity)
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Consumer Audio, Consumer Electronics, Costco & similar retailers are all desirable

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for stated Sales Budget with Costco and clubs retailers and developing the Lifestyle go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide monthly sku level forecasts with Costco along with top line revenue projections.
  • Present and execute new product introductions including but not limited to, forecasting, determining appropriate merchandising solutions, training retail sales associates and implementing sell-through incentive plans.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled business planning and reviews with Amazon & Costco to ensure alignment to product and revenue forecasts and in constant contact with existing and assigned new customer prospects via in-person meetings, phone calls and electronic communication.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting relevant competitive activity in the marketplace.
  • Responsible for soliciting and monitoring orders, submitting new dealer agreements and updating existing agreements, distributing sales and marketing communication to all customers and working closely with Order Management & Supply Planning to ensure customer order fulfillment and special-order requests meet customer requirements.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
