What You’ll Do As an Account Manager you’ll combine client leadership, strategy, and performance ownership: Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships Lead client calls: check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews Clearly explain Amazon PPC strategy and results in a way clients truly understand Guide and support PPC Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals Own PPC performance outcomes — wins, challenges, and next steps Proactively solve problems and keep clients confident and informed Maintain consistent communication across multiple touchpoints
