You'll start as a 1099 contractor, with the opportunity to become a full-time W2 employee after meeting the full quota for three consecutive months post-ramp. In this Account Management Executive role, you take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You build lead lists using Apollo, run cold outbound campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn, and leverage your personal network to generate new opportunities. You conduct discovery calls, lead product demos, and present Growthstream's C4 System™ to decision-makers. Managing your pipeline in HubSpot CRM is part of your routine, as is advancing deals using the Sandler Selling System. You confidently handle objections to close deals. Requirements
- 2–5+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience (SMB or mid-market)
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Experience with Apollo, HubSpot CRM, or similar tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and questioning skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and coachable
- Comfortable selling to both blue-collar and corporate buyers
- Consistently meets or exceeds quota
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling into HR, Ops, or People leaders
- Strong understanding of professional services, training, HR tech, or SaaS
- Familiarity with leadership development or coaching solutions
