Requirements

  • College degree and/or 5-7 years related experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Supervisory Skills
  • Good mathematical aptitude
  • Computer literacy
  • Effective supervisory skills and high degree of professionalism and motivation
  • Must hold required licenses

Responsibilities

  • To service new and existing Ancillary Large and Small Group accounts and coordinate account activity:
  • Work within a fast-paced team environment supporting Vice President of Sales
  • Service and monitor in-force accounts and disseminate account activity.
  • Evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed.
  • Receive, review and forward, policies and other documents as necessary.
  • Scrub and submit requests for proposals.
  • Manage renewal process.
  • Interact with carriers regarding submissions and escalated complaints.
  • Prepare benefit and cost comparisons using quoting system and/or excel spreadsheeting.
  • Process new business (on-boarding of cases)
  • Respond to service inquiries.
  • Update internal reporting systems and internal databases (as necessary)
  • Prepare and validate accuracy of end of period reporting for Sales VP and COO
  • Attend Client meetings or Open Enrollment meetings as needed.
  • Attend Industry Events to Promote FNA
  • Create and track RFP process for Large Groups
