We work in a hybrid way, with a minimum of three days a week in the office to keep collaboration and creativity at the core of what we do. We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to support the delivery of best-in-class, social-first work for some of the world’s most exciting brands. This role is ideal for someone early in their account management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is eager to learn and grow. You’ll support senior account team members across multiple projects, help keep work running smoothly from brief to delivery, and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of an agency that lives and breathes social culture. Social-First x Brand Impact Being socially native is at the heart of everything we do. Success in this role means understanding platforms, creators, trends, and conversations, and helping translate them into work that feels authentic, bold, and built for the feed. Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years’ experience in an agency, marketing, or client services role
  • Strong interest in social media, creators, and internet culture
  • Familiarity with social platforms, influencer marketing, and content strategy
  • Experience supporting campaigns or projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfort using project management tools
  • Interest in gaming and gaming creators (a plus)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day account operations across multiple clients and projects
  • Assist Account Managers and senior team members with timelines, deliverables, and meeting preparation
  • Help manage project status, budgets, and scopes, ensuring work stays on track
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and, when appropriate, clients
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and creator teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Contribute to creative and strategic thinking on social-first campaigns
  • Track feedback, next steps, and action items to keep momentum moving
  • Learn NewGen’s ways of working and grow your responsibilities as the agency scales
