About The Position

The Account Executive is a key driver of revenue growth and is responsible for selling SaaS subscription products to prospective clients. This role encompasses the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification to conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and transitioning new clients to the Onboarding Specialist. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to clearly articulate how our solutions address client pain points. You will collaborate closely with marketing and revenue operations to develop strategic account plans, expand pipeline opportunities, and accelerate deal progression.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in sales, particularly outbound and C-Level engagement.
  • Experience in new business development and cold calling.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent B2B sales capabilities.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Experience with inside sales and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a healthy, rolling pipeline of qualified opportunities using account-based strategies.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels, engaging C-level executives and decision-makers across industries.
  • Schedule and lead compelling platform demos, including contextual slides, pain point discussions, and tailored value propositions.
  • Manage multiple prospects through various stages of the sales cycle, advance and close deals with strategic actions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and utilize sales enablement tools to track activity and improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing, sales operations, legal, and finance to support deal progression and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Position our full suite of offerings strategically, demonstrating how they solve client challenges and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders on client needs, market trends, and process enhancements.
