About The Position

Weathermatic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Weathermatic's innovative water management solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and sustainability-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Ability to travel minimum 25% domestically to achieve sales goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the irrigation and water management industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact for Weathermatic's products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Weathermatic's product portfolio (specifically SmartLink) and effectively communicate its value propositions to customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including working with SDRs for prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to align sales efforts with overall corporate objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager and executive team.
