Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options. About the Role: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to own and grow our market presence by securing new business and expanding strategic partnerships. This role requires a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals while also nurturing key relationships for long-term growth. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving market expansion by partnering with leading food service and vending providers (Compass/Canteen, Aramark, Sodexo) and other local operators to bring Farmer’s Fridge to new locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves hustling, networking, and making an impact through sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred), with a strong track record of closing new business.
  • A true hunter mindset—you’re self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the challenge of securing new business.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and connect with decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM to track and manage opportunities effectively.
  • Travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and onboarding new partners.
  • Build and expand relationships with key food service and vending providers to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and identify strategic locations for Farmer’s Fridge placements.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure we’re hitting sales targets and keeping up with market growth plans
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets while maintaining an organized and data-driven approach to pipeline management.
