About The Position

As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management and execution of integrated sports and marketing programs for a leading telecommunications client’s portfolio of partnerships and events. Working closely with the Account Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in bringing event activations to life, leading a customer loyalty program and ensuring all initiatives are delivered with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in event execution who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a high level of organization and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. The Account Executive will serve as a key connector between internal teams, vendors, and the client—helping translate plans into action and supporting on-site execution as needed.

Requirements

  • Execution & organization. You will support the planning and execution of partnership activations, managing detailed timelines, task lists, and deliverables. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks across multiple programs.
  • Client support. You support day-to-day client and partner interactions, helping prepare materials, track action items, and ensure follow-through. You are professional, polished, and confident when client-facing, representing GMR and Xfinity with care and credibility.
  • Collaboration. You work closely with the Account Supervisor, internal Creative, Strategy, Procurement and Production teams, as well as external vendors and partners. You support coordination across workstreams by helping schedule meetings, contribute to status updates, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail. You ensure accuracy across all program status trackers and client reporting. You will establish key milestones across your programs and, assist with recaps, metrics tracking, and documentation to support ongoing program optimization and future planning.
  • Adaptability. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines and can adjust quickly when needs change—without sacrificing quality or professionalism.
  • Sports experience. You have experience supporting branded on-site activations within sports marketing, whether at an agency, brand, or property.
  • Loyalty experience. You have worked on customer loyalty programs. Experience understating loyalty messaging and how large-scale brands can make personal impact on their customers.
  • Travel. You are open to work-related travel of approximately 5–10%, including occasional weekends or holidays, to support on-site execution of key events and activations.
