The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by meeting and exceeding assigned software quotas through strategic sales efforts. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan, identifying opportunities, and engaging with prospects to understand their unique needs and challenges.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of success in B2B software sales, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry, including SaaS and enterprise solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience in midsize law firm space a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned software quota.
  • Create a comprehensive territory plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and position our software solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead contract negotiations and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on prospect needs and market insights.
  • Work with the assigned BDR and develop an outbound sales strategy for the territory.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in SFDC; consistently forecast business, quarter over quarter.
  • Actively travel within your assigned territory.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows and other industry events.
