About The Position

The company is founder-led, results-driven, and focused on scaling efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, transparency, and long-term relationship building. We are hiring an Account Executive to own and drive the full sales cycle for a growing pipeline of warm inbound leads. This role sits at the center of the company’s revenue engine and works directly with leadership to convert interest into signed agreements. You will manage multi-step sales cycles—from initial outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery, site coordination, and contract finalization. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring consistent follow-up, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. This is a great fit for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Candidates who are digitally native, highly coachable, and motivated by performance-based outcomes will excel in this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account executive, account management, or B2B sales roles
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Digitally native and comfortable working across multiple tools daily
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals and maintain pipeline discipline
  • Highly motivated, performance-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and improve
  • Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Email, Slack

  • Experience selling to US-based clients
