Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR consulting, professional services, or related fields.
  • A proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • A passion for understanding clients’ unique recruiting/hiring needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

  • Knowledge of HR practices and recruiting solutions is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their go-to expert.
  • Identify opportunities for our HR consulting/Recruiting services that meet client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of our service offerings.
  • Participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance our brand presence.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while fostering positive client relationships.
