Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.
  • A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and successful contract negotiation.
  • Experience working with security procurement, legal, and finance teams.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or other sales tools.
  • A go-getter attitude and a commitment to developing repeatable processes that support a high volume of transactions.
  • Excellent team orientation and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Impeccable customer skills, including communication, empathy, and integrity.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a tech start-up preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Empower organizations to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Drive new business acquisition through various sales channels.
  • Strategically partner with sales executives, providing accurate forecasts and insights into revenue performance.
  • Customize product demonstrations to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing the power of Otter.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Product and Marketing.
  • Pioneer top-down selling motions and methodologies.
