About The Position

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships to maximize revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can identify opportunities, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and deliver value.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
