As a SaaS Healthcare Account Executive at Vastian, your days will be fast-paced and highly engaging. You will focus on building and maintaining a healthy pipeline by prospecting new accounts, engaging decision-makers, and uncovering opportunities across Vastian's full product portfolio. You will lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that align with each prospect's needs. Throughout the sales cycle, you will manage opportunities in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and move deals forward with urgency and precision. Your schedule will follow a standard Monday through Friday structure, with travel as needed to support prospect meetings, demos, and industry events. Every day presents a new opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and close impactful deals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-starter with resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities while maintaining a 3x pipeline-to-quota ratio
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive new logo acquisition
  • Lead discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle across lab and hospital business lines
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Engage independently with business influencers and decision-makers
  • Sell consultatively by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
