About The Position

As the first Account Executive in San Francisco, you will establish Centuro’s West Coast presence. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, targeting mid-market and enterprise leaders in HR, Legal, and Finance. This foundational role is critical to scaling our category-defining global mobility platform across North America. Requirements

  • Possesses 3–6 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment where you have opened new territories.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of overachieving revenue targets and selling complex solutions to senior HR, Legal, Finance, or Compliance decision-makers.
  • Exhibits a self-starter mentality with high commercial acumen and proficiency in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end sales process using MEDDPICC or SPICED methodologies to close high-value multi-country SaaS contracts with C-level stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outbound hunting, networking at Bay Area industry events, and collaborating with BDRs to convert inbound leads.
  • Partner directly with the CRO to refine US-specific value propositions, pitch decks, and sales playbooks to accelerate North American market penetration.
