Account Executive - Stablecoins

Through its secure, scalable, and customizable white label digital asset trading platform, AlphaPoint has enabled over 150 customers in 35 countries to launch and operate digital asset markets, as well as digitize assets. AlphaPoint and its award winning blockchain technology have helped startups and institutions discover and execute their blockchain strategies since 2013. We're hiring an Account Executive to own go-to-market for APEX Treasury and stablecoin trade products. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced B2B seller who understands stablecoins, regulated crypto infrastructure, and treasury/FX economics. You'll sell directly to finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Payments), close high-value deals, run pilots, and drive adoption—helping customers cut settlement time and FX costs while staying compliant.
Requirements
- 5-7 years B2B Fintech/SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in crypto/blockchain; proven track record closing $150K-$500K+ ARR deals and consistently achieving annual or quarterly quotas
- Strong pipeline management and ability to execute on revenue growth strategy
- Technical fluency to engage C-Suite (CEO/CTO) and contribute to product strategy and revenue planning
- Exceptional communicator with genuine passion for crypto and blockchain
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle (prospecting → close → expansion) for APEX Treasury and trade solutions; consistently exceed quota selling to mid-market, enterprise, and growth-stage startups
- Build and manage pipeline with disciplined territory planning, account strategies, and accurate forecasting
- Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, custody/stablecoin partners) to ensure smooth onboarding
- Develop GTM plays (pricing, packaging, vertical motions) and partner with Marketing on demand gen and case studies
- Ability to find workarounds and close deals, regardless of tools or processes in place
