As an Account Executive for our Direct Response team, you will play a key role in scaling our performance advertising business. This is a strategic, client-facing position focused on acquiring and growing direct advertiser relationships across performance-driven small & medium enterprise (SME) brands. Your mission will be to drive adoption of the Outbrain Direct Response by Teads platform among performance marketers who are laser-focused on conversion KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CPI. You’ll leverage your deep AdTech experience to articulate how our platform’s targeting, optimization, and traffic quality capabilities deliver real business results. You’ll work closely with internal product, account management, and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients — from prospecting and onboarding to scaling spend and delivering ongoing performance. This role demands a proactive hunter mindset, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and a passion for solving advertisers’ goals through data-driven solutions.
