Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience managing full life cycle deals.
  • Strong passion for sales and business development.
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with sales engagement software and CRM systems.
  • Keen interest in learning about new products and the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through direct outreach to Medicare agencies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects’ needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company both in-person and online.
  • Build local relationships with agencies and providers.
