About The Position

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s activation programs in the Payment Services category. This position will focus specifically on the client’s Olympic and Paralympic partnerships. Position will be based in New York City will report to a Senior Account Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of property, agency or client-based sponsorship management experience
  • Ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time (including weekends and holidays as needed)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of the client’s global Olympic & Paralympic property partnerships, including assets, rights, and key stakeholder relationships, while identifying opportunities to translate partnership rights into broader brand, marketing, and cultural moments.
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication with multiple client contacts, agencies, property partners, stakeholders, vendors and internal cross-disciplinary teams (strategy, creative, experiential, partnerships) to ensure Olympic and Paralympic programs are integrated across broader marketing efforts.
  • Lead property approval processes, ensuring compliance with Olympic and Paralympic guidelines while providing thoughtful feedback to regional teams to help strengthen marketing impact, storytelling, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Olympic and Paralympic brand and usage guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant execution across all initiatives
  • Monitor the competitive landscape across Olympic sponsors, financial services brands, and broader sports & entertainment marketing, identifying emerging opportunities, trends, and potential competitive threats relevant to Visa’s partnership strategy.
  • Coordinate client meetings, deliverables, prepped materials, agendas, follow-ups, and recap notes
  • Contribute strategic recommendations within the Olympic and Paralympic landscape, identifying opportunities for Visa to show up in culture, differentiate from competitors, and maximize the value of its global sponsorship portfolio.
  • Partner with the Senior Account Manager to support overall account management, planning, and long-term partnership strategy, including developing POVs, identifying new activation opportunities, and helping translate partnership rights into integrated marketing programs.
  • Assist with core operational responsibilities, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and maintaining financial accuracy across partnership activations and internal agency systems.
