Approvely is looking for an Account Executive, Onboarding & Sales Operations to support the Head of Sales and help guide prospective and new customers through the early stages of working with Approvely. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience working within a sales organization or supporting account executives and is comfortable managing pipeline activity, customer communication, and onboarding coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring prospects move efficiently from initial demo through onboarding and activation, while helping maintain strong operational discipline across the sales process. Because we are a startup, this role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.
