About The Position

In this role, you will focus on developing and leading large, complex enterprise deals with major financial institutions across North America. You will work closely with bank executives, product teams, and developers to help drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional consumer and business experiences. The position offers the opportunity to shape product engagement strategies, influence the design of financial technology solutions, and build long-lasting relationships with top-tier banking clients. You will partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to define strategies, execute on revenue goals, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. This role is ideal for a consultative, strategic salesperson who thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise financial institutions
  • Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and consultative sales skills
  • Experience working with sales development teams and deploying vertical-focused revenue strategies
  • Interest in financial services technology and creating long-term strategic relationships with clients
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product capabilities, including APIs
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment and contributing to process and tool development

  • Identify potential customers and manage the end-to-end sales process for named accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, engaging with executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and execute strategic sales initiatives
  • Lead large, complex enterprise deals from prospecting to closure
  • Advise clients on product capabilities and solutions to drive digital transformation and business outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
