About The Position

In this role, you will manage strategic relationships with leading banks across North America, driving large, complex enterprise deals that transform how these institutions deliver digital and consumer experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and product teams, helping shape the adoption and implementation of innovative financial technologies. The position requires a consultative, product-centric sales approach, with responsibility for identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and guiding deals from prospecting to close. You will collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to define strategies that maximize market impact. This role offers the chance to influence top-tier banking clients and contribute to long-term growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on financial institutions
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals with large, complex customers
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiation skills; consultative and product-focused sales approach
  • Experience leading vertical-focused revenue strategies and working with sales development teams
  • Interest in financial services products and a commitment to creating strategic client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-change environment and adapt processes as needed
  • Desire and ability to learn technical aspects of financial platforms and APIs

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential banking clients, managing the end-to-end sales process
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute sales strategies for large, complex accounts
  • Negotiate contracts, structure deals, and ensure successful onboarding of clients
  • Provide insights to shape product adoption, client experience, and market positioning
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping them achieve strategic goals
