About The Position

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role, you'll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT sales or account management experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on managed services
  • Prior experience working in a professional services or managed services provider environment, with a strong understanding of managed IT services
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Driver's license and access to transportation to travel to current and prospective customer sites, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the company's value proposition
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goals
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to management
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed Services
  • All other duties, as assigned
