About The Position

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Managed Services Account Executive. The Account Executive owns revenue growth across TGCS managed service offerings within an assigned territory or named account set. This role is responsible for selling Maintenance, Installation, and Service Center/Depot services across TGCS and approved third-party OEM platforms. You focus on attach, expansion, renewals, and services penetration tied to customer outcomes. Success in this role requires disciplined execution within defined sales plays and close partnership with hardware sales, delivery, and operations teams to deliver profitable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling services, solutions, or complex B2B offerings
  • Experience supporting retail, distribution, logistics, or adjacent vertical markets
  • Proven quota attainment in a structured sales environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to support internal partners and customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and expansion revenue across the managed services portfolio
  • Attach services to eligible hardware and software transactions
  • Expand services footprint within installed base accounts
  • Sell TGCS and approved non-TGCS OEM service offerings
  • Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment
  • Coordinate service scope, pricing, and contract execution
  • Support renewals and incremental contract growth
  • Partner with delivery teams to align scope, timing, and margin objectives
  • Maintain awareness of competitive services, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs
  • Execute within defined sales plays and operational processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
